The bees work very hard all season, and we only take a small amount of honey so they can survive nectar darths and winter. After all, this is what they rely on for their food source.

It is natural for raw honey to crystallize, you might even find you like this new crunchy honey! But if you want it back in liquid form, place your honey jar in a bowl of warm water and let sit.
