Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Backyard Buzz creates and sells handmade artwork, educational materials, and food products that are produced in small batches. For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, we are happy to help prior to purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the situation.

Backyard Buzz is not responsible for:

• damage caused by improper storage or handling
• delays or damage caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our care
