Shipping policy
Backyard Buzz ships orders within the United States.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Many of our items are handmade or produced in small batches, and processing times may vary slightly.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.
Food Items
Food products are shipped with care to maintain quality. Backyard Buzz is not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures during transit or delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Artwork & Handmade Items
Artwork and handmade items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Slight variations are normal and part of the handmade nature of our products.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has been shipped, Backyard Buzz is not responsible for:
- delays caused by the shipping carrier
- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
Local Pickup & Events
Local pickup and event delivery may be available for select items and will be noted at checkout or in product listings when applicable.
